Great education, small class sizes even for freshman like me (my largest is 35). There is a TON of bulldawg spirit, the campus is really aesthetic and nice (especially 200 year old North Campus). Athens has the best night life of anywhere in the U.S. in my book, great music scene and tons of bars. The football games are a really, really, really big deal here though. I was shocked at first, but I love following the team now. It seems like half of UGA's students travel to away games as well, especially Georgia vs. Florida.
