I am in my second year in the Humanities External (HUX) Program. My area of emphasis is literature. This program has been fantastic. My professors have all been very thorough and approachable. The HUX program is distance learning; some classes have an online component, some do not. All of my questions have been answered promptly, and I have had no problems getting the classes I need. I would recommend this program to anyone wishing to pursue a distance learning degree. My B.A is from UCSB, and my credential (I teach elementary school) is from National University, and I have found the quality of instruction at Dominguez Hills to be superior to any of the other schools I have attended. (Of course, I am older and wiser, and paying my own tuition!) Also, the HUX program is well run, and the people are easy to deal with. All in all, a fine program!
