Something to think about while applying: It is a school for women.

Which means… if you are accepted and decide to enroll, it should not come as a big surprise when there are no men on campus. If you are just dying to have guys in your classes, or if you seek "traditional" college keggers every weekend, or if you need to be constantly entertained, then perhaps MHC is not for you.

However, if you enjoy a tight knit community which embraces the fact that it is school for women, if you look for solid academics and professors, and if you can step back and appreciate the safe environment that it provides to young women to find themselves, then MHC is a perfect fit.

As for LUGs and BUGs, personally, I would prefer that students spent the 4 years exploring their sexuality, rather than spending their life living a difficult lie.

To enjoy MHC, you need to be willing to accept that people vary and that the culture, given the single sex atmosphere, will be different than at a co-ed environment. Grow up. As opposed to the movies, college is actually for an education. If you cannot handle the possible social challenges, then perhaps you need to change how you look at and deal with situations, rather than complaining.
