Major: Mechanical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
Great School, great town but little tougher environment since Katrina. New Orleans isn't for everybody but most people will learn to love it. The city provides a great opportunity to get away from class without going far and over time helps teach you to be diligent and take care of business first. Faculty to student ratio is great and most of the professors are friendly and supportive. Would be nice if there were more sections of some classes offered, so if you're an engineering major be prepared to have to take classes before 9 AM.
