Duquesne is pricey. I'm not sure if I will be able to afford to come here in the upcoming years, but I love this school. The quality of education is outstanding. It really feels good to be learning. The campus is beautiful, the faculty is excellent, the new rec center is amazing and gives this seemingly lifeless campus something to do. On the downside, the party scene is zero, which is actually a good thing. You hop in the loop bus and go to Pitt for parties and then you get to come back to your calm and quiet campus. There's the Southside as well. The location of Duquesne is what sold me on coming here. I love the fact that all of the "right" places are within walking distance, because parking in Pittsburgh is damn near impossible. the Southside has bars, clubs and shopping galore. Pitt has the party scene. the Waterfront has everything… There are floor parties, and I've never been to a bad one… Duquesne's student body is an attractive one, but not at all a snooty one. If you can afford this school, I recommend it higly
