Major: Biology (This Major's Salary over time)
Despite Purchase's drawbacks (i.e. campus environment) it still has a certain charm to it. They are also well into their renovations which have been long overdue. If I had decided to get a job in my major I would have had no problem as I had plenty of research experience to speak of. There are some faculty members that really irritated me and my colleagues agreed. But, for the most part, the faculty was exceptionally kind and very down-to-earth. I was able to pay for my entire degree with a federal student loan. If you want to study science in an atypical environment, Purchase is for you!
