Major: Urban Planning (This Major's Salary over time)
The undergraduate program in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning is a joke. Faculty do not foster creativity among intelligent students and stifle them. The environment is hostile toward people who do not fit the white, Christian, heterosexual norms of society, and thus provides a very unwelcoming experience. Faculty are unhelpful and care only about their research. This is a good school if you enjoy partying every night and then complaining that you have bad grades. It is quite hilarious to note that most students who attend UIUC think they are on par with the Ivy League, when the reality is far therefrom.
