Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time)
I have been to both campus and each i see different.Madison: I went my first 3 years to Madison. It is a very nice looking school, but the teaching is not the best. The professors are not very helpful and try to teach as fast as possible. They don't take the time to stop and help people who need more attention and it seems like its a hassle to help. There are only 4 buildings in the whole campus for learning. mostly all dorms. It really is lacking substance. Activities seemed forced. It is very dead. Not commuter friendly. Its enclosed in like a community type and you must have a car to get to the surrounding cities so you if you need something and you can't leave you have to settle for wat is on campus. I didn't live on campus but i felt totally trapped to what Madison offered. At the same time, the majority of students there were recent HS grads starting college ready to party and drink all the time and it seemed like HS w/ dorms. very not educationalTeaneck: I am at Teaneck now and am very satisfied and love it. It is more commuter friendly and also the majority of the students are graduates and commuters or adults that are going back to college, which usually means that they are more serius about class. The professors are so much more helpfull and willing to help. FDU prides itself in global education and the Teaneck campus defintiely fulfills their word. Teaneck is very diverse and you feel like its the real world were you meet different people. You can walk down the block to a store to buy food and everything is city like. there are about 8 building more than 3 stories high. The Metro campus really does bring out what a university should be.FDU is very high priced. They do offer financial aid to many people and willing to help you out. My best bet is to go to Teaneck. If you are seriuos about your education and need an environment that helps you succeed, Teaneck is the place to go. Sorry Madison, your just a frat campus.
