This university is terrible. They rely heavily on group projects where students are often paired with other students will not help out. HBU really focuses on management and high up business behavior instead of the basics working up to advanced topics. Now, they have switched from quarters to semesters leading to a last minute effort to get all students out by 2008. The teachers are not very helpful and most are the only teachers to teach a class but they make the class very difficult so students don't pass. During a student's time at HBU they always have little preaching sessions on how important their reputation is but I have yet to impress a single employer. After getting my 4 year business degree I'm working for minimum wage doing manual labor. Thanks a lot HBU for producing a degree worth as much as toilet paper.

I am still in school at HBU, and I have already gotten several job offers that pay much higher than minimum wage. I know of many, many other friends who have also received job offers, some from the top HOSPITALS and LAW FIRMS in Houston. Maybe your lack of job success should be attributed to your own abilities rather than the reputation of HBU.
