The office of financial aid is horrible. The advisors are helpful, but if they are ever in need of additional information, it's your job to find out that such is the case. They rarely will contact you if something is missing. You'll walk out of their office with peace of mind, only to pull your hair out after tuition deadlines when you find out they botched and tell you your financial aid didn't go through.

Stay away. Or go to Ann Arbor.
