Major: History/Histories (art history/etc.) (This Major's Salary over time)
Earlham's biggest problem is is not its faculty, but its administration and bureaucracy. Despite being an undergraduate college, the Earlham's bureaucracy often acts as if the college is there for them rather than the students. The president and administration as well as departments like Residence Life have been nothing but rude, dismissive and inefficient in my time at Earlham.
