I transferred into RISD and the school itself is fantastic. The faculty are amazing and I am definitely getting my moneys worth from the school. The facilities are extensive and the faculty and school are more than happy to help you with special interests and projects. The Liberal Arts program is also rigorous and Ivy-League quality. Be prepared to WORK! If you're not 100% sure you want to do studio art, don't come here. However, the RISD kids are spoiled brats. The worse their art is, the more competitive they are. If you can put up with them, it's definitely worth coming here.
