I am a (pre-med) biology major. DON'T come here if you check anything else but "white" on the admission application. It's true that Mercer takes anyone. I hear crap about how people like to eat the things they kill and how killing poor people is better for society and the environment (the teacher was smiling when a male student stated this in class). Lots of faculty are prejudiced, and works hard to keep students from graduating. The dept. chair was my first advisor but she couldn't answer any questions nor help me outside of class. Turns out she favors athletes and butt-kissers. Sadly, I transferred here but I hope I get what I came here for and I thought that was an education. DON'T WASTE UR time applying to Mercer. An extra tip: less than 9% of Mercer alumni give back to their schools, and the professionals often have out of service numbers.
