Unbiased information about Embry-Riddle? Particularly Prescott campus? It certainly won't come from the admissions office. They doctor everything that comes out of there. I know for a fact that they are great "spin doctors" about themselves. Remember, the school's employees are paid to sell you on the place. They are obviously only going to tell you how great they are. Just make sure you talk to someone other than people who work there if you want an honest opinion. |

It's true everyone is entitled to their opinions, but students who read reviews and "facts" on this site should know they often are not a true representation of the school. If students want accurate information about facts - like unbiased and substantiated facts - the place to go is straight to the school. Most schools employ statisticians who survey alumni, employers and current students about their experiences, jobs after graduation, retention, how employers rate their skills and placement stats. If a student is serious about finding the real facts - they should go to the school for the info. For students who just want random opinions, based on anonymous feedback and delivered by people who may or may not have even attended the school, this looks to be the place. Granted - I work in the admissions office at Embry-Riddle, so those here may or may not consider my opinion to be unbiased, but I do think students need better advice that this to make a truly informed choice. And anyone who wants substantiated info about Embry-Riddle specifically should feel free to contact us.
