Major: Psychology (This Major's Salary over time)
LU is a school that has a lot going for it, yet its teachers and administration seem to think it is the end-all, , which is just not true. It's a decent school, good Psychology program with good teachers. However, you are not really taught other worldviews except in a setting. There is not much room for formulating your own thoughts an opinions.Safety at the school is not that great. The on-campus police are good, but the university under-responds to many serious situations, and over-responds to others. While there, I saw a few sexual assaults overlooked-which is something that needs to be noted. I met some amazing friends, but you will meet amazing friends anywhere hopefully! Seriously consider before you go to LU whether or not there is a better option for you. I personally wish I had looked at other options first, myself- however I would not change the fact that I have amazing friends from the school- most of whom agree with me regarding the school, and of course its legalism which has to be mentioned.
