Major: PreMed and Medical (This Major's Salary over time)
PCOM provided excellent training to prepare me for my internship and residency (affiliated with an Ivy-league medical school). Now in private practice, I still use my osteopathic training on a daily basis and, as it did in residency, it continues to give me an advantage over my allopathic-trained colleagues when it comes to the physical exam aspect of every patient visit. As with most other programs, you get out of it what you put into it.
