Major: Biology (This Major's Salary over time)
From my experience, about 1/4 of the teachers are really great, 1/2 are neutral, and 1/4 are just aweful and shouldn't be teaching. I spend half my time learning for the classes that teach well and the other half learning how to "work the system" and I've noticed many of my peers do the same. Lab teachers are all students who have taken the class before. Students who are "A" students and don't mind trying to learn things on their own do fine typically, but students like me who are "B" students and gain from class room learning and lectures seem to complain more about the teachers inability to teach. Advising is really unorginized. The food area is good and ok priced. Alot of new buildings are being built, 3 since I've been attending, so the campus looks nice. The price of parking is insane and just to visit the school for a day it is $8. Campus saftey is good. It also has nice views of pikes peak and a nice library.
