Oh my goodness, i have no idea where to even begin about this school. To sum it up,this place BLOWS!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so excited to come here, because I saw how pretty the campus is and i thought the small school was perfect for me. However i had to find out the hard way, that i was completely wrong. I honestly havn't met ONE person here that i consider a good friend. EVERYONE is stuck-up, snotty, and think the world revolves around them. Like seriously, it is the exact resemblence of high school. Everyone knows everyone, and even people you don't know, will know everything about you because you see them everyday since the school is soo god damn small!!! I also had two roomate problems. Both different people and different scenarios. The first roomate i had was extremely MENTALLY CHALLENGED and i'm convinced she is from another planet because some of the things shes said and i can definetly say that living with her for 2 months was one of the worst experiences of my life. Don't get me wrong..i am a nice person and i went into it with an open mind and it usually takes a lot for me to have such strong hate twards a person..but this girl is f-ing crazy. Oh and btw, she's also a lesbian..but i didn't find this out until like 4 months after i moved out. fucking redic. The second roomate was basically a sex addict, she admited it. She was extremely fake and a perfect example of every girl at this school. Another thing thats really fucking gay here..the dorms. I've lived in two different buildings and i can honestly say i've never met/talked to anyone on my floor..unless i knew them before. I am a friendly person and would try and say hi and make an effort to get to know these people, but the girls will just stare at you as if you have five heads or something. All other schools i've visited my friends at, or heard about, all get to have their doors open so people can walk right in which is definetly a perfect example of how to be friendly and make friends on ur floor..but lynn? nope. Our doors are not even allowed to be "proped" open, and if security sees them open, they will close them which would leave you locked out of your room…cool huh? This school also has absolutely NO social life. They never plan anything and if there is something planned then only like 3 people(literally) show up. Like i said before, this place is a repeat of high school(I actually refer to it as "an all girls boarding school") Mainly because there are a ton more girls then guys, and seriously i've seen maybe 5 decent looking guys here. I know looks arn't everything, cause believe me i look for personality first but still, i find it extremely weird. Also, there are so many cliques!!!! wow. It's sad how mean and immature people can be, like i thought we were in college, arn't we supposed to be "over" the whole cliques thing? Like thats soooo middle school and high school. Oh and the drugs, wow this school should be called "POT university" soo much pot here, its rediculous. I know atleast 20 people that got kicked out first semester from getting caught with weed, and many more second semester. It's the end of second semester with only 2 weeks left, and by now you just laugh when you hear ANOTHER one of ur "friends" got kicked out from being a dumbass hippie being caught with weed. Hmm what else..Oh the food sucks ass. It's so fucking gross and the people serving it are even more discusting. My friend was in the sandwhich line one time, telling the lady what she wanted on it, and the lady saw a fly and swated it with the peice of ham then put it on my friends sandwhich. NO JOKE!!!! I almost threw up when i heard that story and we for sure have not been getting sandwhiches there since. Oh, and all the internatoinal students..psh, they never use the english language all they do is walk around in the groups formed with all the kids from the same country and they all sit together at lunchgoing on and on in their stupid foreign language. It's really fucking annoying and if they can't speak english then they should go back to wherever the fuck they came from. Oh, and did i mention there is absolutely NOTHING around this campus to walk to?? uh yeah first semester I almost killed myself because i didnt have a car here. Basically no car=no life. And there are only clubs around here(like 20 min away) where all the pedifiles hang and put date rape drugs in ur drink(by the end of the first week of school there was a letter sent out because so many girls got rufied) so yeah if your into that kinda thing then be my guest. But shit normal schools have bars where people gather and have a good time without having to worry about the old creepers lurking around you. Also i've been to like 5 house parties this whole year..all which got busted. This is probably because the whole school attends the party since there are like 4 ppl at this school so be prepared to see EVERYONE at that small house party. ha. what a joke. Oh yeah did i mention that everyone here is a coke-head??? Yeah people just sit in there rooms and do lines of cocaine and thats basically the story of their life!! yup sounds great. Hmm well that might be it, although i feel like i'm forgetting some things, which i will add later when i think of em..but to finish this off, LYNN UNIVERSITY should be burned to ashes because this place just ROBS you and is completely worthless, I only have 11 more days thank god, i dont know how i survived, but it was a long haul…I am extremely pissed i wasted my first year of college at this shit hole, and i get to hear about my friends back home that had an amazing first year, i get to start all over next year at a diff school…a much better one infact. ANYTHING is better than this place. BELIEVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
