I am a senior at St. Johns and if anyone is thinking of coming here be sure to bring lots of lube becuase the administration loves to anally rape the students. i have experienced countless registration problems, incompetent secretaries, ridiculous registration procedures, and they hold you responsible for mistakes that they or their circa 1965 computer system make. i recently was not allowed to register for my last class for graduation because the computer just picked up an error it made 3 SEMESTERS AGO!!! now i have a nice $625 account balance and i wont recieve my grades or be allowed to fully register until i pay it off. They also have a policy that they cannot inform you in writing and hope that you know about their insane lack of commitment to the student body to check everyday and make sure you catch any potential mistakes they made. If this was an isolated incident, i wouldnt say anything, but if you ask students here, 99% will say that they have had multiple issues with the procedures here. They also like to change around the whole process of paying your bill and registering every 3 days so get used to being in a daze every time you visit the dean's office. All of my friends who go here have countless stories that can fill up multiple books about the extent of the confusion this university creates. my 80,000 dollars could have been spent on hookers, booze, and drugs, and i could have gotten a better education, and i have a 3.6 gpa in this shit factory. Also, get ready to take 3 theology classes, where if your not catholic or a jesus/bible freak, you better cozy up to your local jesuit because they shove that shit down your throat like its their job. I would love to write more, but i have to study for finals (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA). sorry, i forgot to mention that this school is a joke, unless you count the 33% chance of getting a professor who doesnt speak english yet hold a phd from yale or harvard. Maybe Harvard University in Africa or Turkey, but clearlly not the one in Boston. God, i hate this school and they desreve whatever they have coming to them, those greedy, arrogant, pretentious mofos. Karma is a bitch.
