Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
The only advice I would give to students looking to come to Cal would be to lower your expectations. If you are looking for night life, look elsewhere, it is a suitcase school and everyone goes home on the weekends. The town itself has a gas station and subway, and thats it, literally. Even though Pittsburgh is only an hour away you have to pay a 2 dollar toll each way. If you are looking for a party school then go to a larger university. The coursework is just busywork and you do not feel like you learn anything. The only upside to this university is the dorms, they are practically brand new and have their own bathroom and showers. That is the only reason the majority of the students go here. A lot of students transfer after their first or second year. If you asked anyone on the campus if they were happy at Cal U the popular answer would be no.
