Okay, this will be a neutral comment. I was going to attend classes here but because the faculty (in the transfer student unit/recruiment unit to be specific) wasn't really helpful and they kept giving me the "runaround" I decided to switch schools and attend BMCC. (I'm doing a career switch; I have my BBA from Baruch and I need to take science-based classess to get into the several nursing programs) Although they were very nice, half of them didn't know how to answer my questions and I found myself going to school after work, everyday just so I can meet with a different person to help me but overall the experience wasn't great. I'm not going to recall any names but this one guy who keep telling me to come back the next day to meet with him and another person, wouldn't bother show up that day and that's not fair to me. And I don't know if they are just stressed out and overwhelm but despite their negative feelings, they need to be more professional. We, as students, are paying tuition out of our pockets and we deserve much better customer service. It's so funny how the faculty can't help you in anything yet they always remember to send your tuition bill like five times, even after you paid. But I dropped my class and I am going to get a refund. I'm not gonna bother attend this school when the faculty (in the transfer student/recruitment unit" don't know how to help people. Remember, I'm not trying to diss the school; this is my experience. Hopefully, your wouls be better. Thanks.
