Although the Wright has many areas where improvements can be made, i.e., faculty diversity, involvement and enthusiasm of the administration, and accountability to the student body, I believe that there are many opportunities available at this school to participate and get involved in the process of change. It is small enough where you have access to your faculty and administration if you have interest in getting involved. Also, the student body is very motivated and quite bright overall. I have found that the students in my year have been very supportive and more interested in integrating theoretical orientations rather then splitting off into theoretical camps. I have learned the most from my interactions and collaborations with other students and faculty and although academics could be more challenging - the program is what you make it in the end.
