Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
This school has a great counselor education department as well as a great education department. They also have a great library science department. Overall, I didn't feel challenged enough at this university, nor did I find many of the faculty cared if I succeeded or not…just as long as they got paid.If you choose to go here, I highly suggest that you take College Algebra somewhere else and transfer in with it. Almost everyone that takes College Algebra at ESU fails it multiple times. I was lucky and took it before coming in and I didn't have to suffer through it at ESU. Most of my friends who are not stupid just couldn't grasp it because they had GTA's (Graduate Teaching Assistant's) that either did not know how to teach math properly or were there to just get their degree. The town itself has everything you need, but the social aspects are very limited. There are a few nightclubs but other than that, the town is kind of a dumpy little town. The campus is a pretty one though!Overall, I really would not recommend this college/university in Kansas.
