Date: Jun 25 2008 Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time) I attended this University becasue it was free. Their business school is perhaps average at best. I worked though the e commerce program and it was a joke. Very, very little technical training, instead focusing on "higher level" concepts. While useful later, all starting tech jobs require technical skills. Some of the teaching was solid, but the school has NO connections for tech students. Toledo is a poor market for these programs, but the university made little effort to reach beyond the local area. Many of the full time professors were far too busy with university or personal affairs to actually teach their courses, some of them teaching entirely from the hip, or even typing notes while lecturing. Nearly all the curriculum was slides on a projector, and then go do a group project. Their best actual teachers were the part timers. Now as an alumni, their placement people won't even call me back. I agree with another reviewer that this university is only strong in a few areas, one of them being Pharmacy. This is becasue they have neglected their other areas for a few concentrations.
