Major: History/Histories (art history/etc.) (This Major's Salary over time)
Being a commuter student I am certainly not feelin' the love at this school. The club meetings and special activies are at fairly unreasonable hours (usually after 7pm)for a person who has to work. The college does not provide enough for the commuter students, in my opinion, even though nearly 50% of the student population does not live on campus. Tutition increases and new bonds given to the school go more toward new dorm buildings and a ridiculously extravagant new Math/Science/Technology center than towards parking lot maintance or new supplies for the library. I can't really say anything about the food, seen as how I've never eaten in the cafeteria, nor anything about the dorms since I've never stepped foot in one. I will say that the library really is one of the few redeeming qualities of this school, it certainly has provided plenty of much-needed information and the library staff is quite helpful, albeit MIA some of the time. For the most part, the professors are very involved in the student's education. They generally are very happy to help and do not mind it when you stop by their offices with questions. Perhaps its a different story for resident students or maybe its just my own problem with this school, but if I could I would tell my 17-year-old self to try for someplace different.
