I take piano lessons at the SAmford Prepratory Department and after my teacher, a former crack addict, didn't show up for four lessons in a row I asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me. I even met with the Dean who was of no help whatsoever. I am just throughly disgusted with the place. Instead of helping me they just sent me a certified letter that I had to sign for in order to receive telling me I should just "forgive" them.
