I am a student in the clark honors college and feel like Im getting a fantastic education. At first, I didnt want to stay in state and was reluctant to go the U of O but was pulled in by the generous scholarship offers. The honors college here is great. The class sizes are small, the resources are abundant, and my peers are very high caliber students. I am also able to take advantage of the benefits of being at a large university. One thing I was worried about was seeing some of my high school classmates here. My fear diminished after the first month of school. The school is big enough where you can avoid people that you dont like, yet also build a nice community of friends. The students here are very friendly. Its a lot less cliquish than high school.
