I came to Lynn University four years ago from South Africa. I came to the USA particularly for Lynn University and have never regretted my decision. I am now a graduate student at Lynn too. I came from a small high school and wanted to find an intimate, personalized university. Lynn University has been a perfect fit for me. I sit in classes with six other students. Our classes are not lecture based, but rather discussion based, encouraging each student to share their opinions, visions, and points of view. I found that I learn best in environments like this. As Lynn University is such an international school, it is stimulating listening to the views of students from different backgrounds.

Being an individualized school, Lynn gives every student the opportunity to succeed to great heights. Not all students take advantage of the opportunities, as with any university, but those that do have the support, encouragement, and advice from some leading professionals in their area of study. I personally have been given opportunities I could never have dreamed of, for example, interviewing David Gergen, Soledad o Brien, and many other accredited individuals. I love Lynn and everything about it. I love the sense of community, I loved living on campus. I was a resident assistant in my sophomore year, and although it's a tough job, I had great fun.

Lynn teaches you to be motivated, to realize that you can achieve great things, and there is always someone there holding your hand every step of the way. I never once felt lost or disconcerted at Lynn. It was my first choice, and when I started grad school it was too. I am so proud to be a part of the Lynn community, and anyone else who joins Lynn is privileged to have found this gem of a university.
