The academics at conn really come down to how much you put into it yourself. If you are looking to find an individual experience and further your own interests the opportunities absolutely exist, you just have to be willing to put in the time. There are a wide range of feelings about the social life but all of it really is on campus. The surrounding area is not much to talk about but the people at conn are what make it so great. There are so many different types of people that there is bound to be someone out there you can have a good time with. It can be repetitive if you don't make your own fun sometimes but that can be part of the learning experience. In all aspects I'd say the resources to make whatever you want of the experience are all there you just have to put them to good use
