SMU is one of the worst schools I have ever encountered. I did not go there but every single SMU grad I have seen at work is an incompetent moron who only got the job because daddy wrote an email to a friend. The kids at that school think they are God's gift to humanity and care about no one but themselves. Here in New York there are not too many SMU grads because they are all stuck in Dallas. They say it is a good networking school but there are a few things wrong with that statement. It is good for Dallas networking, and thats all. Also, half of the networking comes from family connections, not SMU connections. I would highly advise against going to this sorry excuse for a university. They call it "elite." More like elitist, and not in a good way.
