It is really very important because the client may have different preferences. For example, my job is associated with constant risk, and I need a personal injury law firm that would help me arrange documents so that my family and I would receive enough money if something bad happens. |
Major: Other (This Major's Salary over time)
John Marshall is not worth the very high tuition it charges. Unless you have an engineering or science background and pursue patent law, do not expect to get a high-paying job after graduation. Competition is fierce, and only those at the very top of the class stand any chance of landing at a mid-sized to large firm (forget many of the top firms in the City, which won't even interview JMLS grads.) If you are serious about law and can't get into Northwestern or University of Chicago, leave Chicago for school and come back to work here in the summers and after graduation.
