Do not go here unless you plan to be a Pastor (or other Christian Ministry worker) or teacher. Before I get negative, let's talk about the good. Professors can be awesome and very helpful, some of the best people on earth. A few have real issues with living in the modern world, but on average the prof's are helpful, knowledgeable, and guiding. Also, the religion courses are about as good as you will find. They are scripture based, but actually involve thinking about living in the real world. No Bob Jones or Pensacoloa cult atmosphere.Ok, the negative: everything else. It's a private college that runs on donations. Most donors are rabid right wing Neo-con Nazis, therefore, you can imagine what kind of biases might be present.Culturally closed minded to the extreme (officially at least, some prof's do an excellent job of being subversive, but do you really want to go to a college where being open minded is considered 'subversive'?)Surrounding area is a corn field for almost 60 miles. It's a black hole of fun. Ugh…
