Major: Economics (This Major's Salary over time)
Great school if you apply yourself. You get what you put in on the education. Difficulty and prestige varies greatly from among disciplines. Some of the professors are fantastic, some are okay. The city is perfect for this size school and those that disagree refused to get involved or are too used to a busier lifestyle (so many coming from metro-Atlanta). Bottom line is that the bars/restaurants/school are withing walking distance of 90% of the students. This creates a superb college atmosphere.Only knock is that grabbing a job after graduation may be difficult for some. It appears that we compete poorly against other schools for jobs but usually are able to move up because graduates from GCSU are MUCH more personable than those from others school. It's really a very social campus.
