If you like sports and like to cook and eat, this is the place to go. Although football struggles tailgaiting and watching sporting events with friends are a blast. Night life is good and the acadiana area always has festivals going on. If you are an out going person any where you go is a blast. Oh and Lafayette is a party town and is a good starting point to go on road trips to texas and the rest of the gulf coast!
