NO SANE HUMAN WOULD COME TO GRINNELL. MY BIGGEST MISTAKE TILL DATE.

The rigorous and meaningless studying environment can depress anyone. I was quite happy here but saw three pf my friends suffer. Unless Grad school is your one and only target and you are ready to sacrifice eveything including your social life and the fun times that you expect to experience in a college life Grinnell is not for you.

But if you dont care about social life and look to challege yourself academically then Grinnell wiould be a fit. Think very hard before deciding, you may see a need of a PROPER social life mayebe after a year or so.
