Overall
it's a decent college with decent programs. However, I must
warn you not to let your guard down when you
go. The faculty was great and the group of friends
that I made were great but the overall quality of
the students left much to be desired. I ended up
having to work at the college cafeteria in order to
pay for school and many of the peers that I
served were downright rude and disrespectful just because I worked
there. There were a large number of fakes there. Of
course this can change year-to-year and there are some nicer
students but also those who put up fake faces so
just be careful in that regard. The dorms are mediocre
at best, they are old and in need of renovation.
There is some speculation among us cynical seniors that the
administration is becoming much to stingy and numbers-focused (worried about
money and getting enrollment up) and they are starting to
lose focus about what the college is for. However, if
you are willing to look past its flaws and if
you don't let people get to you and you feel
as if this is where you want to go, go
for it. The majority of the professors are great and
the programs are good.
