As with any school, there are students and faculty who want to be there, and those who do not. Unfortunately, it's the annoyed/bored/disinterested/burned-out ones who damage the overall experience. I found the faculty to be (for the most part) extremely dedicated to their jobs and more than willing to go out of their way for students who were having difficulty with material, IF the students demonstrated commitment in the classroom.
