Support services/administration is hopelessly awful. They lose tuition payments, randomly drop you from courses at the last minute for no apparent reason, phone calls are never returned, no one knows which department handles what, staff is comprised mostly of student work/study aid recipients who are clueless and unhelpful (and who probably create most of the messes you'll spend DAYS trying to straighten out—many don't even speak English all that well), and there is a blatant attempt to manipulate students into needed extra semesters to graduate.
