Good school. GREAT preparation for grad school in this field. Department does their homework concerning courses that are required for entrance into graduate schools.Professors were helpful. Generally willing to listen and receive feedback from students in accordance with coursework. I had a professor meet with me at 9:30 on a weeknight to help clarify some of of an assignment and help me with it. The faculty really care about the students. I don't think I can say as much for most of the staff, unfortunately. The surrounding city isn't horrible at all. It all depends on where you are coming from. If you're from a small town, you'll enjoy the bigger feel without being overwhelmed. There are plenty of places to eat, and plenty of pretty cool things to do, you just have to get a little creative sometimes.
