MHC is a women's college, so I think that anyone who has difficulty with the idea of no boys on campus should bear that fact strongly in mind before applying. My years at MHC were four of the most amazing years of my life. True, you have to work your ass off to get in and work it off some more once you're there, but the quality of education and the incredible devotion of the professors is second to none. Moreover, an MHC degree opens doors once you graduate and prepares you for the rigors of graduate school and instills a work ethic that will hold you in good stead in any career. WHile you are there, you are nurtured and supported so that once you leave you have the confidence you need to take on whatever life holds in store for you.
