think its safe to say that San Francisco State is
a slacker school. I chose to come here because I
thought I'd meet some really interesting, unique people from the
area. Boy was I wrong. This place feels like high
school all over again! There aren't very many parties happening
around campus, most of the social life here revolves around
smoking dope and drinking yourself into a stupor. There is
virtually no intellectual scene which is pretty disheartening seeing as
college is supposed to be the pinnacle of education.
If there is anything good to say about SFSU, its
that it is in the city of San Francisco itself
and there is always something happening in the city. Other
than that, I couldn't possibly recommend this school to anyone
who is looking for any kind of intellectual environment. The
city is great, but this college is pretty disappointing.

They claim to be so into diversity yet if you say something they don't agree with, they attack you in the most childish manner possible. SFSU is a terrific reason why Education for All for a well-intentioned but horrid idea.
