This school sucks, education is alright and hard like any other university so I wont bother talking about that. The area its in is completely horrible, there were about 7ish muggings last year and 2 bomb threats. The freshman dorms i was in was crap and i hear many dorms had mice problems. The bathrooms arent really taken care of, the upperclassmen dorms are not that bad. Thhere is only one cafeteria and the food is bad, the same thing every day and night basically. The campus is about 1 block going each way…this isnt a joke. Tuition is the worst of all, small campus, mediocre education, area is dangerous, nothing to do on weekends (you can try and go to parties but most of them suck), people here arnt too bad but most of them know each other already cause they come from surrounding HS's..all this and the tuition runs around 40k and it was increased 5%-ish based on major last year. There are numerous problems you will run into with your student account cause the school system sucks. If you do think about coming here do your research first, unlike what i did. The school says it was founded in 1821 but it used to be Pennsylvania Military Academy. This school isnt worth the time or the money.
