The
college (called a university) has a lot of its own
graduates as staff and/or faculty. There isn't life in
the university over the past four years; it's dull.
Those who are creative, excited, and want to progress are
restricted. Some of the staff have been there “tooo”
long just because of their being able to keep a
stable state job. It is too political, back biting,
and not a progressive. It's supposed to be in
the top 100; I just haven't seen that from where
I have observed. The city is trying to be
urban yet just doesn't know how! What a waste,
sad situation with a D or worse ranking.
