Broad range of majors, excellent professors in each department. All professors are friendly and aproachable. You are known on a first-name basis, because the largest class you will ever have is about 19 students. No complaints about the academics. Classes can be challenging, but you will learn a lot. Campus is stunning and maintained well.

The school consists of a small student body, so you end up knowing everyone.This can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on the person. The surrounding city is composed of very low-income and low class residents. Nice people, but not a very cultured town and hardly anything to do off campus. On campus there are multiple clubs and organizations you can join, however some of them are not advertised well, which results in a low number of members. However, the university provides a lot of funding for clubs, much more-so than other colleges.

If you are into the party scene this is not the school for you. Hardly any kids like to party, and the ones that do end up at the same couple houses every weekend. They get old and repetitive. None of the parties are ever huge, so you always see the same faces and never get a chance to meet anyone new.Freshmen boys find it really difficult to get into these parties, and girls sometimes don't want to go without their guy friends, so everyone's friday night consists of drinking cheap liqour in a couped up dorm room and surfing the web.
