Chapman University is a great school. You are located in the perfect spot in the city of Orange. You're in a small town in a huge metro area with things to do within 2 hours or less of a drive. It's a small campus so you get to know your teachers well and can access them anytime you need to talk to them. I've read some people complain about loneliness and such. It can be a lonely place if you don't get plugged into some activity, but that's any college in general. If you mope around and don't get involved, you will be miserable anywhere. Nothing different about that at Chapman. Students are decent, some are nice, some aren't, some are ambitious, some are lazy, etc. You'll encounter some of that Southern California stereotype with a bunch of the students, but I've met a surprising number who are down to earth and relatively level headed.
