Hunter is a great buy. The quality of education is good, if not great, and most professors are willing to help with the coursework. While the campus is three tall buildings attached by bridges, the city drastically boosts Hunter's value. Indeed, since my freshman year, I've landed volunteer gigs, a great job at a prolific library, and an internship with a N.Y. city agency! There are just so many opportunities in New York. In regards to Hunter, you have to stay motivated - no one is going to hold your hand. You have to stay on top of everything because like other CUNY schools, there are so many freakin' requirements. In fact, in my opinion, if you're coming to Hunter, you should know what you want, what you have to do to get it, and go for it. I kinda screwed up already and I'm a bit frazzled.Oh, and it takes forever to get your financial aid processed, so stay on top of it! In addition, I'll take the Hunter administration staff over the Lehman administration staff any day, so don't be too fretful.
