This is an excellent school if you want to learn, be challenged and have the opportunity to be involved with various school activities, and hone in on your leadership skills. Most of the faculty is caring, helpful and will go out of their way to assist you. The students are also friendly and many of us bonded before we started school through events or gatherings the Alumni put together. There was a lot of fun attending football, basketball or baseball games, frat parties or just hanging out. Linfield is a hidden gem similar to Whitman college. Many friends who attended the UC's tell me they are unhappy and that the schools are over rated and want to transfer out. Im really satisfied here and was really glad several parents friends told us about Linfield.
