I'll say this: When I am sitting at a meeting with clients and there are problems with a process that keeps our firm from making money, and time kills deals, my clients dont care that I have an MBA. What they are looking for are answers. I am expected to identify the problem, and come up with a realistic, cost-effective, pragmatic solution. I felt that while my friends at traditional universities who were getting their MBAs were learning about academic theories that sound good on paper, University of Phoenix taught me how to solve problems in real time, using techniques that are relevant to industry and that are sound. My clients appreciate my input, and I pull from my training that I recieved at the University of Phoenix. I am proud to be A PHOENIX MBA. The program was rigorous. My employer respects my degree, and I find myself relating to clients more adeptly than ever before; ultimately putting more money in my pocket; one of the few reasons I opted for an MBA to begin with. I make no bones about it, an MBA from PHOENIX is not only cool to have, but has greatly contributed to my success.
