Major: Communications (This Major's Salary over time)
Go to another school. Period. There was no job placement programs for after graduation, or for that matter, any real time spent on how to find jobs or where to look. They just say "careerbuilder.com" or "monster.com" is the way to go. The school only cares about growing and acquiring new students and couldn't care less about the current students. The parking is absolutely horrible, and if you get a ticket (pending they don't boot your car) it costs like $50, and they sling tickets out like candy. The faculty is very nice, but the education you will get is sub-par. WCU has a bad stigma about it and no matter how many new buildings they build it will still be there; its a haven for sororities, fraternities and binge drinking. The football team has won about 5 games in the 4 years I've lived here despite the enormous amounts of resources dumped into it, and there is nothing to do but drink (which sounds great but becomes monotonous). Its a ghost town on the weekends, and I would guess over 75% of the students leave every Friday. Also, the retention rate is very, very low; a lot of the people you meet as freshman almost immediately transfer to other, more prestigious, schools. My advice, spend a little more and get a better education from a better school.
