Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time)
I attended UOP at one of the Central Florida Campuses and graduated with my bachelors in 2002. I chose Phoenix because I had a full-time job, married with a baby and the school offered me the flexibility to finish my degree.I transfered there from one of the local community colleges. The staff were nice and helpful. The professors were nice too, but the classes were not as challenging as the ones I took in the local community college. The tuition was very high also. I'm very dissapointed about the fact that the school now has such a bad reputation, and is perceived as a diploma mill. I even feel embarassed to say that I attended UOP, and I'm worried about how prospective employers will perceive me. When I decided to go for my Master's degree, I went to a state school. I would not recommend UOP to anybody after all the bad publicity this school now has. I have also heard horror stories from students that are currently enrolled. Plus, the tuition is so expensive.
